We Flourish is a local UK-based horticulture business providing high-quality plants and related products for delivery within a specified local area. Our goal is to help you bring more green into your home and garden with ease.


 2. Eligibility

To place an order with us, you must:

Provide a valid delivery address within our service area

Agree to these Terms & Conditions in full


3. Products

We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, due to the nature of live plants, variations in colour, size, and condition may occur.

All plants are subject to availability and seasonal conditions. If a product becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable VAT. Prices may change without notice.

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept secure online payment methods via our website.


5. Delivery

We offer delivery within a specific local area only.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Failure to do so may result in delays or non-delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, plant availability, or other factors.


6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not offer returns unless the item arrives damaged or is not as described.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.


7. Privacy

We do not collect or store personal data beyond what is necessary to complete your order.

This includes your name, contact details, and delivery address.

We will never share your information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., delivery service providers).

8. Limitation of Liability

Loss or damage caused by misuse or incorrect care of the plants

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, supplier issues)

RETURNS 

Returns & Refunds Policy

We Flourish – Hassle-Free Returns with Nature in Mind

At We Flourish we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right.


Returning an Item

You can return most items within 28 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, as long as:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following, unless they are damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • Live plants, flowers, turf, or perishable goods

  • Opened seed packets, fertilisers, or compost

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Gift vouchers or cards

  • Clearance items marked "non-returnable"


Online Orders – Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You must notify us in writing (email or letter) within this period.

  • You then have 14 more days to return the item to us.

  • A full refund (including basic delivery charges) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Exceptions: This right does not apply to live plants or perishable goods once delivered, unless faulty.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within a reasonable time, we’ll offer:

  • A repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

  • We may ask for photos or for the item to be returned for inspection.

Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery for live or perishable items.

HOW TO RETURN

You can return items:

  • In-store: Bring the item along with your receipt.

  • By post: Contact us first for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • If the return is due to our error, we’ll refund delivery costs as well.EXCHANGES

Need something else? We’re happy to exchange items where stock is available – especially for tools, pots, garden décor, and non-perishables.
